Hannes Martin
Hannes started his career in the fruit-trade about five years ago when he developed the foodservice category for Capespan UK Ltd from scratch. Since then he has worked for Mehadrin Tnuport Export Ltd. As far as product range is concerned - his expertise lies within grape, lemons and oranges.
“We aim to promote a market-driven philosophy – thus adapting and fine-tuning our selection of suppliers to provide the product that’s perfect for each individual customer. We adhere to customer requirements whilst managing seasonal trends – therefore ensuring that “best practice” is achieved over a 12-month period.”
Melt van Schoor
Melt has been working in the fruit trade for the last 10 years. He has extended experience in all areas of the supply chain and has also managed the Tesco account for a previous employer. Melt also spent 2 years working in Holland and gained invaluable experience of the continental trade. The product range that Melt has worked with has been predominantly grapes and berries.
