We know exactly what our customers need. Product is procured according to customer-specification. We are especially adapted in managing the shoulder periods in the grape-supply calendar.
Lemons: MVS built very strong supplier relationships with the 3 main lemon producing countries in the world: Argentina, Spain and Turkey. Because of this we can guarantee continuity of supply 12 months of the year. We also pack the product at source according to UK food services specifications:
15kg boxes count 120’s and 10kg boxes count 72’s.
Oranges: We supply the following product: class 1 oranges for our catering clients and class 2 oranges for our processing clients. Although the supply principles are the same in supplying our citrus to our clients – there are still core fundamental differences in supplying oranges to catering and processing respectively.
For supplying catering-oranges – emphasis is placed on skin finish and edibleness. For our processing clients the emphasis is on brix-levels and obtaining maximum yield for production purposes.
